The short version

In My Rotation shows you clothes, shoes and accessories from stores' own websites. It sells nothing itself: when you buy, you buy from the store.

It is free. Some links to stores may earn us a commission; the price you pay is the same.

Using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

Who we are

In My Rotation (this website, the web app at app.inmyrotation.com and the iPhone app) is operated by Replay Sports LLC, a New York company. "We" and "us" on this page mean that company.

Buying from a store

Every purchase is between you and the store: its prices, stock, shipping, returns, refunds and warranties, under its own terms. We are not part of that sale and cannot change, cancel or refund an order. Questions about an order go to the store.

Product names, photos, prices, sizes and stock come from the stores' own sites and can be out of date or wrong. The store's own page, at its checkout, is the final word.

When the app puts a store's code in for you, the store's own terms decide whether it applies and what it covers. We cannot promise that a code works.

If you saved checkout details, the app fills them into a store's checkout only when you ask it to. Check them there before you pay.

Your account

You do not need an account. If you sign in, keep the account you sign in with secure; what is done with your account is your responsibility. You must be 13 or older to sign in.

You can delete your account at any time on the You page, under Manage account.

We may close an account, or stop letting someone use the app, if they break these terms or put the app or other people at risk.

Fair use

The app is for your own shopping. Please do not copy the app or its list of products by automated means, overload or attack it, get around its limits, or use it to break the law or anyone else's rights.

Please do not follow, or get others to follow, links to stores without meaning to shop, to earn or redirect commissions.

Names, photos and the app itself

Store names, logos, product names and photos belong to the stores and their owners. Showing them does not mean a store endorses or works with us, unless the app says so. A store that wants its products corrected or removed can write to us and it will be done promptly.

The app, its design, the name In My Rotation and its logo belong to us. You may use the app as these terms allow; nothing else is licensed to you.

If you tell us what you think of the app, we may use what you said to improve it, without owing you anything for it.

The iPhone app

If you got the iPhone app from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement for apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) applies as well. Apple is not responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are.

No guarantees

The app is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or that any product, price, size or code will be as shown. As far as the law allows, we make no other promises about it, including implied ones such as fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits on what we owe

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app or from anything you buy at a store through it. For anything else, what we owe you in total is limited to 50 US dollars.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, they apply only as far as the law there allows, and nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be given up.

If there is a disagreement

Please write to us first and give us 30 days to put it right.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your own local courts.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes, and if the change matters the app will say so before it applies. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms. We may also change or stop any part of the app.
